More than half of all Finns are affected by mental health issues and mental disorders during their life, but only half of them get treatment. Citizen’s initiative “Terapiatakuu” puts the recommendations by the Council for Choices in Health Care in Finland, whose task is to issue recommendations on services that should be included in the range of public health services, into practice. The need for suitable psychotherapy or other psycho-sociological rehabilitation methods should be assessed immediately when a patient seeks for help, and the treatment should start within one month. Sign the initiative and you’ll help to make early treatment accessible for everyone in Finland! The initiative is only in Finnish.
