The Student Union of Metropolia University of Applied Sciences METKA’s by-election of the Representative Council Council were held from May 20th to June 3rd 2022. October 27th to November3rd 2021. The election was held to complete the 2022 Representative Council.
There were two candidates running in the Representative Council by-elections, both of whom were from Vaaliliitto Metropolian tekniikka – META electoral alliance.
There were 1521 members of the Student Union entitled to vote in the election. A total of 85 votes were cast in the election and the turnout was 6 %. Three blank votes were cast.
Chi-Fai Lay received 48 votes and Juho Huti 34 votes. Thus, Lay is the fifth deputy member and Huti the sixth.
