METKA’s year of 2025 is drawing to the end, and it is time to plan the future. Of course, the student union’s activities would be nothing without its students and members, so we want to hear what you think about METKA over the past year. Respond to METKA’s feedback survey and shape your student union’s activities in 2026!
The survey is open to all Metropolia students, whether you are a member of METKA or not. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. So don’t complain on Jodel, because now is your chance to say everything that’s on your mind!
The survey is open from November 6 to 30, 2025. The survey is anonymous, and all responses will be treated confidentially. The responses will be used to support METKA’s planning for 2026.
If you are a METKA member, you have the opportunity to participate in a prize draw! We will raffle three (3) Christmas calendars (Nivea, Bosch, and Red Bull, worth €50–60 each) among METKA members who respond to the survey. Membership will be verified after the survey closes. You can read the rules of the raffle below. Respondents’ data will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Who can participate?
All METKA members who respond to the “METKA2026: Shape your student union!” survey and whose membership is valid on the survey’s closing date, November 30, 2025, are eligible to participate in the raffle. METKA’s 2025 elected trustees (board members and Representative Council chairpersons) are not eligible to participate in the prize draw. The membership of survey respondents participating in the prize draw will be checked before the draw.

How to participate
You can enter the prize draw by filling in the contact details requested at the end of the questionnaire and accepting the rules of the prize draw. The rules of the prize draw are accepted by submitting your contact details (student number, first name, last name, and email address). The winner will be drawn after the questionnaire has closed.
The prize draw and prizes
Three Christmas calendars (Nivea, Bosch, and Red Bull) will be raffled off among those participating in the draw. Winners will be notified by email on December 1, 2025. The names of the winners will not be published.
Other terms and conditions
The responsibility of the organizer of the prize draw towards the participants is limited to the amount and value of the prize. The recipient of the prize releases the organizer of the prize draw, draw partners and the partners of the above-mentioned parties from any liability that concerns an injury or accident that is caused or is alleged to have been caused by the participation in this prize draw, claiming of the prize or the use of the prize.
The organizer of the prize draw is not responsible for any failure to take part in the draw that results from a malfunction or errors affecting information systems, internet connections or other programs.
By entering the draw, the participant agrees to these rules. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of their contact information.
The organizer of the prize draw has the right to change these rules at any time. Changes will be announced on this website.
If the winner does not retrieve their prize or fails to negotiate when and how they will get the prize by December 7, 2025, new winner will be drawn.
