Welcome to the METKA Representative Council’s Annual Meeting on 26 October 2026.
The meeting will be held at the Myyrmäki campus, Leiritie 1, 01600 Vantaa, starting at 5.30 pm in Auditorium A (MMA101).
All METKA members are welcome to attend the meeting. Membership will be checked for those attending the meeting, so please be prepared to provide proof of your membership. Those elected as representatives for the 2026 term are entitled to vote at the meeting, but all participants have the right to speak.
The meeting will consider the previous year’s financial statements and annual report, decide on next year’s budget and action plan, discuss the update to METKA’s administrative regulations, and elect METKA’s representatives to Tenants’ Co-operation Body of Hoas and the FSHS Council.
The official language of the meeting is Finnish. Further information about the meeting is available from the Chair of the Representative Council.
