Students’ Mental Health Week (nyyti.fi) will be observed in 2025 during week 15 (April 7–13, 2025). Student Mental Health Week is a campaign coordinated by the Student Well-being Network, aiming to raise awareness of students’ mental health and to promote a more mental health-friendly study culture. The campaign’s communication is managed by Nyyti ry. Metropolia will also actively participate in Student Mental Health Week—join in and take part in the events that interest you!

Theme of the Year: “How Are You, Student?” This year’s theme highlights students’ voices and experiences. What factors currently support or challenge students’ mental health and well-being?

During the week, there will be events on Metropolia’s campuses and online! From Tuesday to Friday, METKA, student well-being services, student associations and numerous other actors will have stands on the campuses.

  • Tuesday 8.4. Arabia
  • Wednesday 9.4. Myyrmäki
  • Thursday 10.4. Karamalmi
  • Friday 11.4. Myllypuro

There will also be pop-up events in HyMy Village to support mental wellbeing. YTHS and Nyyti ry will also organise their own online programme of webinars, chats and workshops.
