METKAs 16th anniversary cocktail event is coming soon, so it’s time to reward those who have excelled in 2023.
If you’d like to nominate recipients for badges and certificates of merit, the form is now open! You can nominate recipients from January 23rd to February 5th 2024. You can propose anyone, and you do not have to be a member of METKA to give your proposition.
The Student Union has silver and gold badges of merit. Badges of merit can only be awarded to current or former employees of the student union, members of the board, or representative council’s chairpersons.
The silver badge of merit is awarded to the recipient for meritorious activities within the Student Union. The gold badge of merit can be awarded to the recipient for long-standing meritorious activities within the Student Union and significant work in developing the activities of the Student Union.
The certificate of honor is awarded by the representative council of the student union to an individual or organization that has improved the activities of the student union and/or played a significant role in the development of the student union’s operations.
