Apply to become Project Manager for MetroSport 2026 – the student sports and wellbeing event! As Project Manager, you will lead the event team and guide MetroSport towards its implementation in autumn 2026.
Previous experience in event production is not required – what matters most is your interest in event management and your willingness to learn how to lead a project. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your organizational and teamwork skills while gaining hands-on experience in building a large-scale student event.
As Project Manager, you will take part in tasks such as choosing the venue, coordinating the team and partners, and developing the event program. The estimated workload is about 10 hours per week, depending on the project phase.
Schedule:
- Application period: September 24 – October 19, 2025
- Interviews will start already during the application period and continue until October 22.
- Orientation will begin as soon as possible, led by the 2025 Project Manager, so you will work together on preliminary matters for the 2026 event.
- Planning and development start in autumn 2025, the event will be held in spring 2026, and the final wrap-up will take place in autumn 2026.
