Metropolia’s new values are being updated now. Gather a small group of your study buddies and discuss the most important values for you and post the answers to the discussion platform: https://www.fountainpark.fi/metropoliavalueworkshop/
The discussions can take place until May 20th.
The discussions are part Metropolia’s value renewal, that will take place during 2022. In the first phase, views were mapped through a survey. 518 responses were given – about half from staff and about half from students. The joint work on values will continue during the spring in these dialogues. The value work will be completed by summer of 2022.
During the fall of 2022, we will continue by creating concrete ethical principles, a Code of Conduct for Metropolia. The Code of Conduct is to be completed by the end of 2022.
