Welcome to participate in the most thrilling competition of Wiikon Wappu – METKA’s Tutor Olympics! The Tutor Olympics are open to both new and experienced METKA tutors. You can join the event as a spectator even if you’re not a METKA tutor.

The Tutor Olympics are a championship competition between the four different campuses of Metropolia, where Metropolia’s tutors compete against each other. The competition features Olympic-style events, and in the preliminary rounds, we’ll determine which team represents each campus in the final. In the final, the best team from each campus will compete for victory.

You can come and cheer for your campus to victory by securing a free spectator ticket from Kide.app. If you have ever been a tutor for METKA, you can sign up to join your campus’s team. Teams will be divided by campus, so you don’t need to form your own team. Team allocation will take place on-site, so please arrive on time.

Ensure your spot as either a competitor or spectator and collect a stamp for your Wappupass. To get the stamp on your pass, show your spectator or competitor ticket to a METKA board member. You’ll recognize them by their orange and black jackets. The Spectator ticket also gets you an Appro Tour, where you can get to know the different student associations!

Competitors, i.e., tutors, register through a closed link. Spectator tickets can be obtained for free from Kide.app.
The competitions start at 1 PM. You can arrive to support your campus throughout the event. The final schedule will be announced closer to the event on METKA’s Instagram page @metkaweb
